NOTE: All three of this year’s scholarships have been offered to writers. Please apply to be added to a waitlist.

Three full scholarships are available for writers planning to attend our 2024 Fourth Lake Writing Retreat. When choosing recipients, we prioritize writers of color, trans and nonbinary writers, and/or writers with significant economic challenges. Applications will remain open until June 19, and we’ll contact applicants by June 26.

Writers with little or no experience are welcome — we believe that writing is an act of bravery, all stories are worth telling, and we can grow as writers with accountability, feedback, and support. Please contact us with any questions.
